Customer Service/Inside Sales Trainee

Job DescriptionHD Fowler Company is looking for a full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales Trainee. This is your opportunity to be a part of an established, family-owned company and to thrive in a team that recognizes and rewards your contributions.The Customer Service/Inside Sales Trainee position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service utilizing their knowledge of products and services by way of processing orders, preparing correspondence and fulfilling customer needs to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.            What you will do: Estimate, quote, and manage customer timelines and projects in a fast-paced, exciting work environment.Operate within and prioritize under tight deadlines.Facilitate customer requests via phone, email and in person in a friendly, quick and accurate manner.Support outside sales staff in writing orders, contacting customers, managing jobs and pending orders, and/or coordinating customer receipt of product.Assist with bid submittal, tracking, and follow-up procedures, as assigned Proactively collaborate with co-workers and sales team to provide great customer service and seek additional opportunities for sales.Recognize potential problems on an order and address appropriately Get to know and interact positively with customers.Actively engage with HD Fowler team Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Who we are looking for:Passionate about delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
