This is a regular, full time position.
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-starting team player to join our Team.Essential Duties:Prepare quotes; verify details of purchase order from customer and customer’s credit standing; enter and process customer order into system; conduct order and sales sample/demo follow-ups; process RMA and returned sales sample/demo.Inform customers on shipping and flow issues in advance and liaise between warehouse and customer.Assist in obtaining customer’s credit application for new or existing accounts; prepare requests to change customer’s term or credit limit.Prepare shipping documents and labels.Work with accounts receivable staff on customer past due or collection issue.Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via e-mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.Handle incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.Maintain records of sales orders and customer database.Perform other general office tasks and assignments assigned by manager.Requirement:US citizen or permanent residentMinimum AA/AS degree3-5 years of work experienceAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and oral communications and inter-personal skillsIntermediate skills in operating computers, using internet and Microsoft Office programsStrong organizational skillsSelf-starterOur benefits package includes:MedicalVisionDentalPaid time off
