Job Number: R0112889Cyber Program Support AnalystKey Role:Provide support to all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office. Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables leveraging best practices and program templates. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed. Evaluate cyber program requirements and perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist client with preparing program-level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program wide distribution. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support.Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with project management-Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings-Experience with cyber security policies and guidelines for compliance-Ability to manage all cyber security vision initiatives-Ability to research and provide technical assessments on information sources to be utilized to improve internal Cyber Security reporting methods-Secret Clearance-HS diploma or GED-Security+ or CISSP certificationAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools-Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering-Experience with Data Analytics, Modeling, Tableau, Business Objects-Experience with Splunk, JIRA, Spork, Advance Excel Formulas-Experience in Policy, Operations, and Program Management-BA or BS degreeClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.We’re an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.We are proud of our diverse environment.
