Audio Visual Technician

A Biotech company located in Bothell, Wa is looking for Audio Visual Technicians.
This role will be responsible for supporting conference room events and meetings as a facilitator for technical support and troubleshooting of A/V equipment including projectors and wall mounted TVs, audio and video teleconferencing, WebEx meetings, and other audio and computing devices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to all end-users
- Coordinate and provide support for critical meetings and events
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms in MS Outlook
Requirements:
- 6 months of related experience
- Experience using/troubleshooting Web presentation services (Zoom)
- Experience supporting computers (Windows/Apple) and peripherals in conference room settings
- Working knowledge of OS: Win7, Win10 and Mac OS
This position starts as a 3-month contact. 100% onsite located in Bothell, Wa. Covid vaccine is mandated.
