We are looking for a Communications Graphic Designer who communicates expertly, brings a high level of impact to processes, and collaborates effectively with development team members. You have a proven record of crafting stories and communications in a broad range of media like website design, presentations, email communications, and video. You are versed in programs like PowerPoint, Illustrator, Figma, and equivalent programs, as well as knowledge of current visualization techniques. You should have a deep understanding of popular trends in graphic design across several target audiences. Responsibilities Work closely with several director-level designers to craft all official team communications Help craft clear stories and design presentations for external and internal events and meetings Generate a variety of presentation templates for use by the team to present to internal and external high-ranking executives Manage the online knowledge repository ensuring that up to date materials are uploaded and presented beautifully Help proliferate the team brand throughout the company in positive and exciting new ways Be familiar with the creation and fabrication of print media Seek feedback from peers and leads Consistently meet project deadlines set by project leads You are a great fit if You are organized, self-motivated, and can identify and meet goals You are comfortable dealing with complex visual design problems You are gifted at using graphic design to communicate complex ideas and messages simply You are passionate about graphic design and how it can be used to clarify storytelling You have excellent communication presentation skills to tell your design stories to designers, developers, and product management You have a growth mindset and can easily work well within a design team, and do so without ego You have interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills Requirements Relevant experience in a visual communication role andor visual communication-related degree Digital Illustration andor Graphic Design skills with an advanced understanding of Photoshop andor Illustrator Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills and an ability to adapt to a wide and diverse range of art styles Know how to manipulate, polish, use, and maintain many digital communication methods such as blogs, websites, SharePoint, etc. W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
