You will share in the team”s impact on all aspects of design, analysis, assembly, testing and support of flight operations.

This position willdirectly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.Responsibilities* Design and maintain component and assembly product definition by preparing design layouts and drawings, modifying existing designs and resolving design discrepancies* Apply Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly* Apply relevant company, industry (design, drafting, parts) standards to engineering designs* Implement engineering and manufacturing best practices to achieve a balanced approach to cost, schedule and performance requirements* Self-prioritize and self-schedule work activity in support of the team* Support drafting standards checkingQualifications* Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (Creo Pro/E and Pro/E Piping) using Windchill PDM* Strong work ethic with a high attention to detail* Knowledge of fabrication and integration processes for machined components and welded assemblies* Experience managing large CAD assemblies and associated drawings* Experience with ASME Y14.100, Y14.5, Y14.41* Must be a U.S.

citizen or national, U.S.

permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
