User Experience (UX) Designer

Join eXcell and enjoy our generous employee benefits!  Our hugely popular client is seeking a UX Designer to provide Solution Design and Technical Specifications Development. Services include: Create and produce web designs based on iterative customer research to create low- to high-fidelity user experiences and designs, user flows, prototypes, accessibility, and documentation for the following workflows, which may evolve through discovery and as the needs of the business evolves Prioritization of work will be determined at a sprint level, based on the backlog not to exceed the capacity of the supplier resources Design and reconcile the above workflows between the mobile and browser experiences for consistency Design and reconcile the design components and styles used as part of the workflows between the mobile and browser experiences for consistency Design and reconcile the design work with the Design Library and established engineering components and patterns – this will include refining and developing new components and patterns as necessary All work will be delivered in designated templates or systems on time per agreement of the requested work item – this includes translating the design deliverables into ReactJS patterns and principles Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience required Figma (1+ years) Experience in product development life cycle / software development life cycle (from idea to production) (5-7+ years) Producing deigns – dynamic prototypes, specs/assets, wireframes, mockups (5-7+ years) Adobe Creative Sketch (nice to have) Design background, Human Factors / interaction, HCI preferred Ability to go from high level strategic thinking down to tactical solutions for something BA or Masters in Design and/or General Assembly or UX certifications a plus  W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
