Find your future with us.Boeing’s Enterprise Service has an exciting opportunity for two Senior Business Architects!In these roles you will function as a Business Architect partnering cross-functionally to provide end-to-end expertise relating to the development, maintenance and oversight of job processes, tasks and products to determine Business Architecture requirements.

Selected candidates must be self-motivated and empowered subject matter experts that can effectively navigate the Business Architecture (BA) fundamentals to help shape the BA future for our company.This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Renton, WA.The first role will focus on the BA training requirements which will include but is not limited to:Standing up the BA framework for training; aligned to roles and disciplinesLeading the training program management system; requirements, operating rhythm, tool set etc.Aligning the functions to training expectations and requirementsCreating facilitation requirements for the courses; establishing various platforms and learning toolsIn depth succession planning and career roadmap focus for next generation BA leadersLeading onboarding efforts of all new functional leadersDeveloping and managing modeling and model standards / guidanceThe second role will focus on establishing a strong governance framework with standards, methods and conventions; to include:Integrating various functional stakeholders across the company in order to adhere to the governance and BA change request processLeading the development of Business Architecture maturity model and criteriaDeveloping and maintaining the Business Capability Maturity Assessment process and criteriaLeading/Co-Leading BA content configuration control and change management processes, tools and trainingDeveloping BA methods and conventions, release and managementAssisting in developing and implementing enterprise-wide BA trainingManaging BA governance structures and management systemsAdditional Position Responsibilities for both roles:Developing and managing modeling and model standards / guidanceDeveloping model training and tip sheets for stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining business architecture maturity model and criteriaEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role3+ years of experience with process architecture and/or business architecture5+ years of experience in program or project management5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team – i.e.

collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):BA experience and fundamental principlesEstablished track record of success with cross-functional projects that have challenging schedule and high impact opportunitiesEstablished track record of meeting deliverables on time and with first-time qualityModeling application experience with various architecture experience (e.g.

CAMEO, ARIS…etc.)Experience with and a working experience with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)Microsoft Office including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, including the use of stylesExperience working in fast paced and deliverable driven environmentTypical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.

Master+13 years’ related work experience, 19 years’ related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Colorado summary pay range: Min: $105,000 – Max: $187,000
