Paragon Healthcare is hiring a per diem clinical pharmacist at our Vancouver, WA hemophilia pharmacy.

Fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning company with offices throughout Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, California, Georgia and Alabama.Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a current Washington state pharmacy license are required, as well as willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed.

An advanced pharmacy degree is preferred.

Continuing education necessary to maintain current licensure in all states licensed.

Minimum of one year previous experience in alternate site/home health pharmacy service is preferred, NOT required.

Hospital pharmacy experience with a willingness to learn home infusion also acceptable.

We are also willing to train someone with only retail background OR a new graduate.

Attitude and willingness to learn are incredibly important to our team.The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and ongoing operations of the assigned pharmacy.

The Manager will be responsible for the timely and appropriate achievement of daily operational needs including prescription fulfillment, data entry, shipping, and documentation.

The Manager will perform to the high standards of excellence that promote success and collaboration wherever possible.Responsibilities:* Maintains ongoing in-person availability for scheduled and as-need pharmacy operating hours for the assigned location.* Appropriately schedules and aggregates dispensing and shipping volumes to maximize efficiencies.* Maintains ongoing communication with the broader Paragon Healthcare bleeding disorders service including scheduled conference calls, status update, and reports.* Participates in all performance-based reporting, professional licensing inspections, and third party auditing as needed related to the assigned pharmacy location.* Maintains compliance of all program and accreditation requirements (ex.

URAC, Joint Commission, ACHC) in collaboration with other managers and leadership.* Maintains professional licensure certifications and health requirements as required.* Performs patient care duties as required.* Performs other duties as required.* Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, inter-disciplinary operational standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and / or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations.* Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external customers as well as all company employees.* Displays a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.* Meets expectations for customer/patient complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.* Promotes PHI culture by providing quality, comprehensive services to all customers through a team approach.* Competent with office computer programs, if applicable.* Competent at partner programs (i.E., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Effective written and oral communication skills.EducationRequired* Bachelors or betterLicenses & CertificationsRequired* Pharmacist
