Our team works together to provide treatment that is comprehensive, coordinated, and tailored to patients.Associate TherapistResponsibilities of Associate Therapist:Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patientsProviding an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephoneConducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicableProviding mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention servicesCompleting and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelinesQualifications of Associate Therapist:Required:Active LMSW, LSW, MHC-LP, PLPC, LAC, RCSWI, LPCA, LCPC licensure1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMRAccess to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessionsPreferred:Bilingual in Spanish or ChineseTwo years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)Prior telehealth or remote experienceReliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a teamStrong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patientsWhy Valera?We know how critical having access to quality mental health care is.
