Responsibilities: * Resident care Instill confidence and trust in residents in a competent and caring manner.

Provide hygiene and daily living assistance.

This could include toileting, bathing, assisting residents with showers and medication, and escorting residents to and from activities and meals.* Professional development Maintain any specialized training and, if applicable, perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned resident or area.Requirements:* Must have a current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certified, or Washington State Home Care Aide license in good standing* Must have current CPR/First Aide certification and Washington State Food Handlers Permit* Must pass a criminal background check* Must meet all Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements related to this position* Excellent customer service skills* Ability to read/write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication* Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift 50 pounds* High school diploma or equivalentStafford Suites (and all owned/operated communities) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
