The Polysomnographic Technologist works under the general supervision of the clinical director or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing patient information, completing testing preparation procedures and polysomnographic procedures, polysomnographic record scoring and other duties to support efficient clinical operations.Requirements:Completion of an Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in Polysomnography or successful completion of a Polysomnographic program of no less than one year duration or equivalent experience with documented proficiency in all required competencies of a registered polysomnographic technician.Current RPSGT registration strongly preferred.Must maintain active BLS Certification.
