Era Living is seeking a full-time Nurse (LPN) to become the newest member of our Community Health team located in our University House Issaquah community in Issaquah, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Community Health Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- WA State LPN or RN
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with older adults; nursing experience in an assisted living facility preferred.
- Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
