This solution acceleration team works alongside our customers to tackle the tough but meaningful challenges facing the industry, such as: enhancing engagement with patients, empowering collaboration between the diverse roles and individuals that deliver care as a team, improving the insights from health data and making them actionable, and protecting sensitive health data to support privacy, security, and compliance.As a Healthcare Success Manager, you will help plan and orchestrate success with our most important healthcare customers.

The Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare transforms the way Microsoft empowers its customer, and you will be a catalyst for that transformation.

You will be a part of a virtual team of sales, technical, partner and consulting resources to advance customer opportunities and engagements, helping them deliver on their outcomes while achieving sales/consumption targets across our Microsoft cloud platform.

You will craft programs and plans that help fulfill healthcare scenarios leveraging Microsoft’s composable cloud platform and help customers along the journey toward their success in building, deploying and adopting those solutions.**Responsibilities****Overall Objective** : Helping our healthcare customers and partners advance their digital transformation while driving use of our cloud services represents a bold bet for Microsoft.

Your contribution to this goal will be helping to drive customer transformation and digital outcomes through industry focused solutions aligned to Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and, more broadly, the Microsoft cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform.**Achieving that Objective** : The Healthcare Success Manager leverages advanced program management, change management, and healthcare technology acumen to consistently deliver impactful healthcare solutions, translating consumption of the Microsoft cloud into value for our customers.

The Healthcare Success Manager uses their program management skills and their healthcare information technology knowledge to lead the Solution Acceleration Team, extended Microsoft team and customers teams to create and manage plans that successfully navigate through our customers’ complex organizational structures and technology landscape with multiple success engagements.

The Healthcare Success Manager helps our customers, partners, and extended Microsoft teams deliver on expected outcomes with Microsoft healthcare cloud services through capturing, authoring, and enhancing disciplined, reusable assets and processes.**Primary Responsibilities:**1.Create and manage successful program and engagement plans that incorporate a broad and often complex group of stakeholders across Microsoft, our customers, and our partners.2.Work alongside our customers’ teams, the healthcare Solution Acceleration Team, and the broader Microsoft extended team to help solve healthcare industry specific challenges with solutions that include Microsoft’s healthcare cloud services and services from the broader Microsoft cloud.3.Use your program management expertise to help drive integrations with customers’ existing healthcare IT ecosystem using services from Microsoft and our partners.4.Working in collaboration with our customers, leverage your change management expertise to help prepare for and drive confidence in healthcare technology services from Microsoft and our partners.5.Lead successful management of joint program definition and execution with our customers around Microsoft’s solutions and services in healthcare scenarios and use cases.6.Share your learning, expertise, and experiences with our broad group of stakeholders, including extended customer account teams, sales/success leaders, healthcare business and technical leaders, engineering teams, product management and marketing teams.7.Continually learn and maintain your program/change management, technical, and professional skills.

Remain current on the latest technology and trends in healthcare information technology.8.Actively help lead the healthcare technology community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.9.Show up everyday with a growth mindset and team-oriented approach, being willing and able to learn with our customers and help empower them to do more!**Qualifications****Industry Specific Knowledge**+ 5+ years Healthcare domain expertise, including work in at least one of the following (or similar) roles: CTO, CDO, Lead Architect, Lead Product Manager, Technical Program Owner, Technical Project/Project Manager+ Significant (5+ years) experience managing/orchestrating complex programs that deliver healthcare information technology solutions+ Previous history of Healthcare Industry direct employment, consulting, or product/program delivery background with complex healthcare solutions**Business Acumen**+ Strategic leadership in healthcare technology program management, with a demonstrated track record of operational excellence+ Executive communications, engagement, and influence+ Demonstrated ability to challenge internal and customer stakeholders to keep programs on track and delivering measurable value+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA desirable**Customer Success Acumen**+ Experience working as a technical program manager or similar in the healthcare industry at the enterprise scale+ Supporting sales/success processes across customer decision frameworks, customer technical evaluation plans, and success plans for solution delivery+ Leading, partnering with, and orchestrating virtual teams of SMEs composed of industry, engineering, solution, and technical+ Demonstrated passion and commitment to customer success**Technical Acumen**+ Technical Program Management Leadership
– leading the execution of healthcare specific technical programs and initiatives that align to strategic customer objectives.+ Enterprise-scale Program/Success Management experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architectures, designs, migrations, and technology management.+ Technical Program Management experience in one or more of the following: digital patient engagement & experience, health team collaboration/communication, clinical & operational analytics, healthcare data interoperability, remote/continuous patient monitoring with internet of medical things.+ General understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems that include major technology platforms such as: EMR/Clinical Systems, Imaging/PACs systems, Revenue Cycle, Billing/Coding Systems, tele-health systems, clinical data warehouses, connected medical devices, HIPAA/HITRUST Compliant Application Infrastructure.+ General understanding of two or more of the following technical areas: Dynamics 365; Azure as an application platform, Azure Data, Analytics, AI, and ML services; Azure Healthcare Services; Microsoft Power Platform; Microsoft Teams; and Azure Communications Services.+ Skilled in defining and executing programs based on AGILE methodologies, including defining initial solution delivery artifacts (vision documents, enterprise architecture analysis, solution architectures, user stories, etc.).Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
