Responsible for the overall quality of nursing care and for planning, developing, organizing, integrating, and directing programs, staff, and budget in support of the Purpose and Mission, Shared Commitment and Strategic Priorities of EvergreenHealthAccountable for the environment in which clinical nursing is practiced by creating a learning environment that is open and respectful, and promotes the sharing of expertise to promote the benefits of health outcomes.Facilitates patient care including organization and management within established policies, procedures, standards of care, budgetary parameters and strategic objectives.Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.Assesses and evaluates staffing patterns for proper utilization of personnel in relation to patient care required.In coordination with the Executive Director, develops and monitors annual capital and operations budgets.
