Project Scope Our client has an immediate need for a Sr. Healthcare Facilities Project Manager with the following skills and experience Responsibilities All aspects of technology and clinical engineeringapplications for Facilities Projects. That includes, but not limited to Network, Telecom, AV and Desktop. Work with Facilities and the Architects throughout the entire project lifecycle from Initiate, Plan and Organize, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Implement, Simulations, through Go Live and Project Close. Requirements IT Facilities and infrastructure experience, full lifecycle, working with architects and design through to implementation. Clear understanding of the interrelationship that scope, quality, budget, resources and time have with each other. Ability to manage meeting drift (“stay on target”) Capable of garnering consensus in challenging circumstances. On-the-Job experience using a PMLC for delivery An expert in project team management including dynamics of virtual teams, matrix reporting relationships and cross-functional resource identification and allocation Please note Candidates may need to pass a drug andor background check.
