Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager

An exceptional 50 bed hospital providing care for a warm and inviting area of Central Washington is searching for an Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager.

The Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager will play a central role in the medical center and community’s health. The Mental Health Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of patients. The Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager will have an assigned patient caseload. The Mental Health Manager will coordinate care with patient’s medical providers and other mental health providers to ensure the continuum of care is maintained. Screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders is a frequent part of the Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager position. Then, tracking those patients over the phone and during in-person visits is a vital responsibility for the Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager to do in this position. The Mental Health Manager will do much to help this area’s mental health and population’s overall wellness.
