POCCS offers a Sign on Bonus of up to $3,000, depending on experience and credentials.

The first 50% of the Sign on Bonus will be paid after successful completion of six months of employment followed by the final 50% once employed with Pend Oreille County Counseling Service for 1 year and actively engaging in community crisis response.
