Express in Everett is recruiting for an Office Manager for a busy Physical Therapy office in Stanwood. This is a direct-hire position for a candidate who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Oversee the administrative staff -Scheduling -Experience using IMS (scheduling software) -Understand EMR -Solid knowledge of MS suites -Communication with patient insurance, co-pay, billing process and answering billing questions, answer phones -Communicate with the billing vendors How to be successful: -A minimum of 5 years or more of experience in Office Management, preferably in a medical setting -Problem solver -IT/Tech-savvy -Organized -Excellent communication skills -Very good at delegation -Medical insurance knowledge -Professionalism -Flexible; Can help where needed -Work independently Benefits, Perks, and more: -Company contribution to employees own privately purchased medical insurance -Simple IRA Match 3% -Annual bonus Interested?
