Advanced Health Care: Patient Care Coordinator & Scheduler

Advanced Health Care is looking for a motivated, compassionate problem solver to join our scheduling team.

We are a locally owned private duty home health agency, serving the South Sound Region for over 35 years.

We serve nearly 200 clients in their homes, in seven different counties, and employ over 150 caregivers.

Our Client Care Coordinators work together in our Olympia office, assuring each client and each employee is matched correctly to the schedule that best suits their needs.

This is a very busy position that is best suited to someone with excellent time management, outstanding customer service, who is a committed team player and has the ability to multi-task.Becoming a Scheduler with Advanced Health Care is becoming a part of our AHC Family.

This position not only does scheduling, but builds relationships, is involved in monthly staff meetings where input is highly valued, and assists other administrative positions in the growth and development of the company.
