The Nurse Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department will be supported by some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more

The Nurse Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department will utilize their nursing leadership experience to run both the Medical Surgical,  Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
