Nurse Manager – Staffing Office, Float Team, IV Team

This role provides leadership of, and has operational responsibility for, the Nurse Staffing Office, the Float Team and the IV Team, in alignment with Overlake’s mission, vision and values.

This Nurse Manager ensures consistent delivery of scheduling and staffing support to hospital departments, as well as high-quality patient care delivery, ensuring designated clinical standards and budgetary parameters are maintained.

With an exciting transition to an innovative scheduling system in the immediate future, this Nurse Manager will have opportunity to utilize their project management skills, collaborate with several innovation teams, and design systems of support for internal customers.

This Nurse Manager is part of a cohesive team of nursing leaders, and collaborates with the Nursing Director and CNO to maximize department/service line potential and meet service expectations.

QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required.

Health Care Provider CPR Certification required.Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience required.

Minimum of 2 years of prior managerial or nursing leadership experience.
