An exciting and rewarding opportunity has recently arisen for a Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services in Western Washington. The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services will have a ton of growth opportunities within this accredited hospital and system.
This small, beautiful Joint Commissioned facility will be a great place of work for the Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services. The hospital has some of the most state of the art technology that the Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services will have access to. Reporting directly to the Director of Perioperative Services. The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services will be a beacon of guidance for this close-knit team. This person will be close to the top of the chain of command at this accredited facility. The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services will be supported by the OR Charge Nurse and circulating RN’s.
This small OR department will see a variety of services. The Assistant Nursing Director of Perioperative Services will oversee general, orthopedic, and inpatient/outpatient surgery. The OR Unit prides itself on having a highly educated staff in order to collaborate like a well-oiled machine.
The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services should have strong operations experience, as they are expected to hold the service line to a high standard in order to increase revenue. The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services’s main objective is to initiate specific strategies to implement growth within the employee satisfaction of the unit.
