Reporting to the Nurse Director of Oncology, the Nursing Manager Oncology Cancer Center will oversee 60+ direct reports on a 24-bed Inpatient Oncology unit.

The Nurse Manager Cancer Center will oversee all day-to-day clinical functions and will work collaboratively with the Director on patient safety and staff development initiatives.

The Nurse Manager Oncology Cancer Center has the responsibility, authority and accountability for implementation and maintenance of nursing standards, quality metrics and compliance.
