Outpatient Clinic Manager

A not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital’s outpatient Multi-Speciality Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to join their dedicated team to oversee all of the Clinic’s operations.

The Multi-Speciality clinic has approximately 10 providers and have a wide array of services to include Primary Care, Women’s Health, Children’s Care, Diabetes Services, Behavioral Health, Annual Physicals, Immunizations, Preventative Health Screenings, Sports Physicals, DOT & Employment Exams, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, Home Health Referrals and Geriatric Care/Home Visits.

The Clinic Manager directs the business, technical, and clinical support activities of a multi-specialty medical clinic. The Manager works closely with the clinics Medical Director and Supervisors to establish and maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered processes and work flows. Functional areas include primary care, Express Care (Same Day Clinic), Pain Management, Behavioral Health, Diabetes Management and Dental Services. The Manager prepares the clinics annual budget, ensures optimal daily patient flow and allocation of resources to meet demands for services with available staff, and facilitates communication and collaboration with staff, providers, and other departments to problem solve and/or manage projects.
