Outpatient Therapist

_Outpatient Therapist Role: _About Us: Collaborative Modern Outpatient Therapist Private Practice in Stoughton, MA and Dedham, MA We are a team of practitioners who provide psychotherapy and medication management to individuals and families.

All of our clinicians receive: office support, remote/telehealth availability, billing management, group/peer supervision, flexible scheduling, intake management, electronic health records access, and credentialing support.Compensation: $45-$60 per hour or up to $120,000 per year (and up to _$1,000 sign on bonus_) Fee for Service Profit Sharing model, clinician payout increases as insurance billing rates constantly increase.Outpatient Therapist Qualifications: Fully Licensed in the state of Massachusetts (Required) LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (Preferred) At least one year clinical experience Diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply (BIPOC, LGBTQ) Bilingual (higher payout offered)Additional Outpatient Therapist Requirements: Successful candidate will provide screening and assessment to Individuals and families if needed.

Counseling to individuals suffering from behavioral health and emotional disorders.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, at Abelard Psychotherapy Services.

The therapist position requires patience and concern for clients and their families, Attention to detail, the ability to be self-directed, and the ability to work with little supervision.

Must have good communication skills, both orally and in writing and possess good interpersonal skills.
