Nurses (RN/LPN)- Find Balance and Reward | Full-Time or Part-Time

At Alliance Nursing, you will provide nursing care for medically complex young adults.

You will collaborate with the patients support structure including doctors, social workers, and care specialists.

You will work with the same patients daily, building trust while getting to know them personally.

You will be a critical member of a small family like team that provides holistic care focusing on the well-being of the whole person.

As a nurse in the Adult Family Home, your focus is on 3 of the residents although you are trained to provide care for each individual resident.

Daily the ratio is 3 patients to one Nurse (3:1); Shifts are staffed as 2 Nurses and 1 Aide per 12 hours.

Skills nurses on our team may learn: * Mechanical Vent Monitoring and Troubleshooting* Tracheostomy Care* Complex Respiratory Support* Nursing interventions for Neurological care such as Seizure Disorders or for Genetic Disorders and Developmental Disabilities* IV Therapy* TPN Administration through PICC lines or Central lines What we may learn from YOU: * Your one-on-one personal care and attention* Accuracy and attention to detail* Effective verbal and written communication* Ability to work well independently as well as a dedicated team member* Your optimism, energy, focus and ability to have fun!

In addition to our privately owned Adult Family Homes (AFH), for more than 30 years, Alliance Nursing has provided Private Duty Home Health Care for pediatric patients throughout the Puget Sound region.

Working closely with area hospitals allows us to help families with their little one’s care and makes us proud when they graduate into one of our AFH’s!

One of these residents in one of our Homes is active, communicates well and even has ‘chores’ the staff provide him with, so he feels right at home.

We want the residents, guardians, families, and all staff to feel comfortable so the homes are designed specifically for our residents’ particular care: open, spacious, and full of light with outdoor areas to enjoy.

We are currently hiring at all three of our AFH locations: Kenmore/Bothell, Kirkland, and Snohomish.

Shifts: 7am 7p 12hr Days | 7pm 7am 12hr NOC.

No weekend rotations!
