Our team treats not only teeth but people.The Patient Care Coordinator is the voice and face of our practice.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and friendly candidate to fill this position.

This team member is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and representing all facets of patient services from the first phone call through continuing care compliance.

You will be responsible for filling the doctor and hygiene schedules in a balanced, customer service-oriented way.

The Patient Care Coordinator position can be either part-time or full-time (full-time preferred).Duties would include:Welcoming our wonderful patientsNew patient correspondenceAnswering and routing phone callsCourtesy patient communication to fill and confirm our weekly office scheduleEnsuring that the schedule runs smoothlyData entry (insurance, patient demographics, etc.)Coordinate with the clinical team for a seamless deliveryRespond to all emails and voicemails dailyBe prepared to collect any monies due at time of service according to financial arrangements made by the Financial CoordinatorVerifying insurance benefits for patientsFamiliar with:
· Telephones
· Calculators/10-key
· Dental Management software/digital imaging/photos
· Computer software including MS Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Edge and Word
· Printers and scanners
· Credit card terminalsDental background is desired, but not required.
