UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC) is a network of community-based clinics throughout the Puget Sound region. The clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations. The clinics are consistently recognized for high quality standards by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care and the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program.

UWNC – Ravenna Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time (100%, 40 hours per week), day shift, PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (job profile: Clinic Patient Service Specialist II) . The Patient Service Representative performs a variety of duties which may include, but are not limited to the following: Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors as they enter the clinic with a smile and eye contact, phone answering and call triaging, schedules provider and ancillary service appointments.
