Pharmacy Clerk, Per Diem – Woodinville, WA

Primary Responsibilities
* Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units
* Daily box preparation work
* Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
* Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed
* Monitor prescription drug inventory within pharmacy computer system
* Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt
* Assist with discrepancy resolution
* Maintain proper storage of prescription drug inventory
* Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing
* Collateral (education materials) are included

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the processing of member and prescription information to support the management and delivery of prescription medications.
Working Schedule: This position is a per-diem (8-40 hours/week) Monday
– Saturday.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of (6:00am
– 5:30pm).

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or higher
* Ability to stand for majority of the day
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of inventory job experience; or
* 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience; or
* 1+ years of warehouse job experience
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
* Competent in basic mathematical equations with different forms of measurements, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
* Proficient computer and organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
