There’s no better place to help people live healthier lives while doing your life’s best work.(sm)As a Senior Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be responsible for various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders and dispensing any or all of the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, enterals and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.

Along the way, you’ll discover the training, support and career opportunities you’d expect from a Fortune 6 leader.Primary Responsibilities:Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance recordCompound IV Medications in a clean room environmentUse USP797 guidelines for sterile compoundingMaintain clean room environment and daily / weekly / monthly cleaning of room and equipment according to SOPsManage inventory and ordering suppliesDemonstrate the ability to understand variable compounding modalities and to work independently but understand the need to consult with the pharmacist if questions ariseResolve patient issues while ensuring accurate information is providedSchedule patient deliveries and refillsTaking inbound calls and making outbound calls as neededBasic tasks are completed without review by othersMay need to assist with other areas of the pharmacyYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)Licensed Pharmacy Technician in State of Washington2 years of pharmacy related experience (includes retail pharmacy experience)2 years of experience with Windows PC applicationsPreferred Qualifications:National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)2 years of experience as a sterile compounding pharmacy technicianExperience with pharmacy inventory management and asset trackingPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Standing, walking,and lifting up to 50 lbs.Frequently This role is equally challenging and rewarding.
