The Physical Therapy Tech position will have responsibility for assisting the Physical Therapist with daily patient physical therapy treatment.Core Job duties: Communicates with Therapist regarding patients status and treatment Effectively documents patient information Monitors and instructs patients on individual exercise programs as directed by Therapist Perform heat, ice or exercise instruction Optimize patient flow through their treatment program Assists in maintaining a clean and neat treatment area Assists in inventory control of clinical supplies Monitors equipment condition and reports problemsQualifications: College senior or graduate in a related field is preferred Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key Strong interpersonal skills Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people Excellent organizational and communication skills Interest in the health care/PT fieldPreferred Experience: 1+ years’ experience in a medical environment, ideally in a PT/OT therapy department
