An exciting opportunity has just opened up with a highly sought after, acute-care hospital located in the Pacific Northwest for a Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospital-based, Behavioral Health Services leader to bring their talents to the Inland Northwest. This exciting career opportunity is with a 250+ patient bed, Joint Commission Accredited Hospital that has been serving its community for over 150 years. This impressive hospital has won a number of awards and accreditations for their superior quality, patient safety, and advanced life saving measures. This hospital has four different accreditations from the Joint Commission in the areas of stroke, joint replacement, cardiovascular care, and laboratory. Other impressive milestones include their Blue Distinctions for Spine Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Cardiac Care, and Joint replacement.

This 250+ patient bed, state-of-the-art medical center is excited for a Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health to join their highly advanced team. This hospital offers a wide range of services such as 24/7 Emergency Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Women’s & Infant Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and more! The Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health will be leading a large program that offers strong emotional, psychiatric, and medical treatments. The Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health will lead a team of trained therapists, clinical nurses, social workers, and psychologists to ensure that inpatient and outpatient screenings, crisis intervention services, and psychiatric nursing assessments are administered in an accurate and patient-oriented manner.

The Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health will act collaboratively with the Medical Director of Behavioral Health to effectively develop operational goals, achieve system performance metrics, and manage diverse stakeholders in system-wide implementations. Assigning tasks, coordinating activities, and the implementation of policies and procedures are additional responsibilities the Regional Executive Director of Behavioral Health will conduct. Although not a requirement, a Master’s Degree and prior clinical leadership experience will make for quick interviews!
