Day (6:30am 2:30pm), Evening (2:00pm 10:30pm), or NOC (10:00 pm to 6:30 am) shift is available.

Responsibilities include adhering to professional nursing standards, administering medications and treatments, implementation of the residents’ plan of care with the IDT team and coordinating care with outside providers.Supervises nursing care to residentsComplies with state and Federal RegulationsWorks Collaboratively with members of the healthcare teamMaintains standards of professional nursing practiceRequirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current licensure in the state of employment.Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
