RN – Corporate Float Pool (Registered Nurse)

This position offers the opportunity to travel between multiple facilities based on our organization’s needs.

This position pays $40/hour with shift differential.

We also offer a uniform allowance and a great benefits package.

You manage and supervise the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.You systematically keep track of data and do assessments.

You develop care plans according to standards of care, implement them, and revise them as necessary.

To you, the patients’ needs always come first and you ensure that any and all call lights are answered promptly and courteously.

You complete charting and facilitate the implementation of physician’s orders.

You administer medications accurately, ensuring proper documentation.

You follow and promote proper infection control procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and clean environment for everyone.You provide leadership for the LPNs and nursing assistants.

You lead by example.

You mentor and coach them on providing quality care and inspire them to do it with a genuinely positive and caring attitude.

You set the tone for the front-line staff.

It is due to your leadership that our residents receive competent care while feeling heard and respected.You love your job, as it allows for you to impact lives in the way you had hoped when you originally went into nursing.

You enjoy meeting new people every day.

Under your competent direction, the nursing staff brings comfort to our residents both physically and emotionally and peace-of-mind to their loved ones.Qualifications Current registration as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota Successful completion of an approved school of nursing Certification in CPR/first aid for the healthcare provider Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of Minnesota Department of Human Services.Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?

Do you have good leadership skills and enjoy coaching and mentoring others?

Are you conscientious about following policies and procedures correctly?

Can you work as part of a team, learning from others and giving credit to others for their skills and contributions?
