Registered Nurse and RN Supervisor- Acute Care, Rehab or Home Health

TTF is recruiting for two positions, an RN Supervisor and a Registered Nurse for home health visits. 1. RN Supervisor- Salary starts at 90k and goes up from there, depending on experience. This position will manage compliance, the department and also do home health visits. 2. RN Home Health- The salary range is 70-85k per year, and will visit patients in the home.
