Patients can receive intensive therapy and medication management under the care of a physician, who leads an interdisciplinary team of behavioral health clinicians. Position details:
This position is full time, 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm
This position will be working primarily with adolescent patients

Outpatient Therapist Job Requirements:
The OutpatientTherapist, working within a bio-psychosocial model, provides the following clinical services functions: psycho-social assessments, basic consultation, information on mental health issues, psycho-education, complete specialized clinical services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, group therapy, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) evaluations, and discharge planning. The Outpatient Therapist uses evidence based practices in assisting patients achieve their optimal level of mental and emotional health.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work preferred; mental health field
Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Associate Certification or equivalent such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Must possess the Mental Health Professional designation in the State of Washington.
Direct experience in individual and family group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Current BLS, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certification, provided by INBH.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred three (3) years, post-Master’s experience in a psychiatric health care setting.
Active Chemical Dependency Professional/Trainee license.
