Responsible for the timely delivery of branded materials and accurately applying the organization’s brand to new deliverables.

Serves as a primary reviewer of all design elements before they go into general approval/proofing.

The position is based in Yakima, but relocation assistance is available.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.

Four years of additional experience in marketing and design may be substituted for the required education.Required Experience: Five years’ experience with marketing campaigns, vector design, typography, color, print and web layout design, print production, image selection, and image editing.

A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field may be credited for two years of the experience requirement.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required or Preferred: Strong knowledge of design, marketing concepts, practices, and procedures; Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience; Strong graphic design skills and portfolio; Strong creative skills with a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business and art; High level of accountability and responds effectively and quickly to demands in a proactive manner; Strong organization andtime management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time; Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Highly effective verbal,written, and listening communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to deal with expected and unexpected change; Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency with a modern graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite; Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software platforms to implement digital designs.About YVFWCWe serve more than 181,000 patients across 25 medical clinics, 14 dental clinics, 10 pharmacies, and 64 program sites in Washington State and Oregon.
