– Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a Trauma Program Manager & Emergency Department EducatorThe Program Manager role will focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement for both the trauma program and for the Emergency Department, systematically and formally reviewing concerning ED visits/events and concerning trauma cases.

This will entail collection, presentation and management of QA data and QI/PI projects.The Emergency Department Educator role also includes the functions of an educator, facilitator, leader, consultant and researcher in the area of emergency medicine.

This position participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of Emergency Department patient care, orientation, required and continuing staff education, and new to specialty and nurse residency programs.UW Medical Center – Northwest is a full-service medical center based in North Seattle.
