Position Summary:
On-call Maintenance/Housekeeping position available for our locations located in Ocean Shores, Aberdeen and Elma. This position is to care for our facilities in the Grays Harbor county, which are a minutes apart from each location.
This individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Performs janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines.
There is a need to maintain the exterior and interior work area to include: upkeep of the parking lot to minimize trash and debris, trim the bushes and hedges, mow the lawn, and maintain the grounds clean around the garden area. The individual may also perform a variety of simple repairs, which will require some knowledge of the following: plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical work. May be required to do special jobs, which require the use of rental equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No formal experience is required for this job; however, experience may be substituted for education.
