With a location in downtown Spokane (2nd and Post) we are currently looking for a part-time Facility Custodian/Housekeeper with a passion for human services.WHO WE ARE: Pioneer Human Services is a social enterprise that provides individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to lead healthy, productive lives.

For over 50 years we have proudly serviced our clients with professionalism and empathy.WHAT YOU’LL DOPerform standard housekeeping duties in a commercial setting.Clean facility by mopping, vacuuming, dusting, organizing supplies.Assist in room turns; Moving residents in and out; reorder supplies.Maintain and respect privacy and confidentiality in relationship to both residents and staff.Treat all residents and staff with respect and dignity.Apply excellent customer service skills and when meeting resident and program needs.Engage in clear, consistent, and professional communication with all program staff, service providers, and community members as appropriate.WHAT YOU’LL BRING2+ years in a housekeeping role.A passion to help others and for our mission: To provide individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to lead healthy, productive lives.Excellent personal and professional boundaries and customer service skills.Ability to pass Washington State Patrol background check and pre-employment drug screen.
