Stewards are responsible for washing and sanitizing all cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and other service items. They are in charge of maintaining the dish area, ensuring it remains clean, well-organized, and in compliance of work safety regulations. They are also responsible for the general cleanliness of the restaurant which includes cleaning walls and floors, emptying trash receptacles and cleaning and stocking restrooms.
