**Job Description****Summary of job scope:**Under the direction of the Procure to Pay (PtP) & Human Resources (HR) Domain Lead, this position will be the business analyst/technical analyst for specific computer applications in, but not limited to, HR, Payroll, and data sharing software.He/she will be a contributor defining solution strategy, design principles, and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, database and interface definition skills as well as excellent people skills as the point person interacting with IT and business.**Main responsibilities**+ Work in partnership with HR and IT functional leaders to implement and enhance business solutions, assess and prioritize business and technical enhancements, facilitate the delivery of the enhancements, and drive realization value+ Responsible for end-to-end knowledge and analysis of processes, systems, data, and interfaces+ Provide technical and operational support required to ensure all Human Resource, Payroll and Data Store systems operate within service expectations and effectively support required business processes+ Partner with our suppliers to ensure optimal solutions and to enhance the capabilities of their products to improve overall value provided**Education Level:**+ Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.)**Experience/Technical Skills:**+ **5-7** years of relevant IT experience+ Good technical documentation skills**Preferred skills:**+ **Workday HR system**+ Payroll systems+ Database, Data and Analytical skills+ Integration skills**Who we are …**Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
