n n nHuman Resources Business Partner Fulfillment Centern nn USA, NV, Reno nn nnThe People Team Partner has primary responsibility to provide local People function point-of-contact service to business team members, playing a key role in the execution of local People priorities and deliverables within the defined People strategy.

This role is also to utilize local business knowledge and understanding gained from working deep within the business, to provide feedback and insights to People Team Manager, People Leads, and relevant COEs in the development of appropriate solutions.nn nnThe People Team Partner will champion and advocate for the team member experience at all stages of the team member lifecycle, bringing focus and a commitment to excellence.

Coordinating and liaising between the business and People function, this role is a key interface in ensuring the effective delivery of People services and initiatives. nn nnThe People Team Partner will be responsible for the delivery of employee relations processes and practices for assigned business areas, providing expert consultation and guidance to managers and team members, working to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any related employment issues that arise, whilst also working to proactively support and maintain a positive employment climate.

This role will execute on high volume and routine formal processes in the main. nn nnThis role will also be responsible for ensuring legislative and relevant Qurate Group Policy compliance in the execution of business activity and Qurate Group culture, and as guided by the Team Member Relations Lead ensuring that applicable Qurate Group policies are up to date, compliant, maintained and appropriate for the achievement of business needs.

nn nnThe role may also partner and collaborate with People Leads and Managers and COEs in the development and delivery of People solutions, bringing a real-world perspective to any initiatives and execution of them. nn nnThis role has no direct financial or people management responsibilities.  Indirectly will impact both areas through shepherding the effective delivery of People initiatives.nn nnEducation:nn nnA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced training/degree in a related field desired. nn nnExperience:nn nnA minimum of 3-5 years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness or other related experience is required. nn nnPrevious generalist experience as an HR Advisor / Partner operating at a level of guiding / influencing leaders up to and including Director level.nn nn Zulily, LLC, is a retailer obsessed with bringing its customers special finds every day—all at incredible prices.
