Human Resource Coordinator

Carlisle

This is a Full-time position in Snoqualmie, WA posted March 31, 2021.

Job Description:nn SUMMARY nn nnCarlisle Interconnect Technologies is seeking to add a talented HR Coordinator to our growing team!

Under general supervision, the HR Coordinator will provide Human Resources support to the site(s), including administrative support in the management and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

The HR Coordinator carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment coordination, time keeping, payroll processing, benefit administration, compliance, performance management, and HR communication.

nn nn WORK ENVIRONMENT nn nnCarlisle IT is a clean facility housing different kinds of machinery, equipment, processes and chemicals which produce potential hazards in the work environment such as: ergonomic, chemical, machine point of operation, and powered industrial vehicle traffic.

These hazards are controlled through means of engineering controls, such as machine guarding, and administrative controls, such as safety policies and programs.

In certain areas of the facility, employees are required to wear Personal Protective equipment such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, and hand protection.

This will be achieved through a comprehensive Environmental Management System that provides the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.nn nn TRAVEL nn nnNonennPosition Requirements:nn ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS nn Serves as primary point of contact for employee and manager questions on payroll, timekeeping, benefits, attendance, and lower-level disciplinary issues.

Escalates to HR Manager or Division HR team as necessary.

Performs data entry into ADP, site training systems, etc.

Compiles payroll information for site for HR Manager review prior to payroll.

Runs standardized reports and basic queries from the time keeping and payroll systems.

Acts as primary point of contact to ensure prompt and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and labor tracking systems for all employees.

Assists the Recruiter with coordinating temporary agencies, interviews, candidate tours, and timely manager follow up and feedback.

Coordinating the onboarding schedule for new hires, issue facility badges, issue locks, etc.

Completion of I9 Forms and employee verification with EVerify Performs new hire orientations for temporary staff and CIT new hires as needed.

Performs other duties in Human Resources Department, as required, to include composing and typing correspondence, newsletter, assembling new hire kits, filing, document packets, etc.

Responds to unemployment applications via ADP in a timely manner.

Scan and save employee personnel records.

Performs file audits to ensure records are complete and compliant with state and federal law.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to payroll and human resources data and information Able to convey a positive and professional image to employees and external contacts Ability to calculate figures and amounts including basic mathematical concepts Ability to uphold Carlisle IT policy, procedure and culture through relations with internal and external contacts Experience working with ADP Vantage preferred.

Provides support of safety initiatives.

Experience working effectively in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
