People like you!**Job Description**+ Partner with site leadership in the effective execution of the plant strategies to meet business goals, and provide feedback and support on all employee related issues at the site.

Act as coach for supervisors on resolving general associate relations issues, including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding by administering company’s performance management, conflict resolution process, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with company policies, state laws and regulations.

Provides day to day performance management guidance to front line management (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions)+ Coordinates training and recognition initiatives and events; facilitates leadership and compliance training to Managers and Supervisors at site+ Oversees benefits and payroll processes (Kronos); communication and enrollment process of employee benefits programs at site; train and assist site leadership and employees with Work Day issues or questions.+ Responsible for claims management including WSIB, Short Term Disability and the Return to Work program and related record keeping+ Leads full cycle recruiting and off-boarding and on-boarding activities for all hourly and salaried positions at site.**Benefits of Employment:** IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
