* The Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist will be reporting to the Accounting Manager who is a proven leader and mentor.

Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist role:

* Process semi-monthly payroll for 150 employees – calculate overtime, bonuses, etc.
* Prepare periodic payroll reconciliation and submit reports to the Accounting Manager for review
* Coordinate employee hiring process – post job listings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare offer letters
* Initiate onboarding process including pre-employment drug screen, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment
* Track benefits eligibility and reconcile benefits invoices

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist role:

* Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency for customer service
* Understanding of the hiring process/onboarding paperwork
* Previous experience processing payroll – experience with Paycom is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-starter, takes initiative
