nnPlanned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho (PPGWNI) seeks a detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous person to join our HR team!

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) working Monday through Friday.nn nnAs the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you’ll work on our HR team to ensure payroll and benefits are processed on-time and accurately.

You’ll be an essential resource for staff, and in charge of providing excellent internal customer service to colleagues and maintaining a high level of privacy around employee information.

nn nnPeople who excel in this role are excellent with details, comfortable managing many tasks at once, highly organized, and comfortable managing private/confidential information.

If this sounds like you, please apply!nn nn Duties and Responsibilities nn Work with the team to process payroll accurately and on time Maintain and analyze data Maintain records and conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Update HRIS system and other databases regularly Collaborate with team to coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and 401k plan Provide top-of-the-line customer service to colleagues and vendors Ensure information is kept secure and privacy is maintained in all dimensions of the role nn Required Qualifications nn Experience processing payroll is required, experience with benefits administration is a plus Customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help and support others Demonstrated ability to manage high levels of detail Strong track record of reliability High-capacity when needed, youre able to work at a fast pace and comfortably manage a complex workload nn Bonus Qualifications nn Experience with Paylocity HRIS software is a plus Prior experience in benefits coordination/administration nn Travel nn Required up to 10% of the time to various PPGWNI health centers Valid unencumbered driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation is required Travel will be reimbursed and time spent traveling is paid nn Benefits Package nn Flexible work arrangements available, including part-time work-from-home Generous PTO and holiday schedule Medical, dental and vision coverage options for you and eligible dependents, with 100% of medical premiums covered by PPGWNI for the employee Short and Long Term Disability, Free Basic Life, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D).
