ZoomInfo Technologies LLC: Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is a key role here at ZoomInfo and will assist with a wide variety of Human Resources related activities, including employee relations, hiring/terminations, performance management, and working closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract talent to the organization.ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist is responsible for acting as a business partner to the G & A and Sales business units within ZoomInfoThis role will partner, coach, and advise managers on performance management, policies, and proceduresPartner with line management on employee relations and any internal investigationsDevelop, implement, and communicate new HR programs and policiesWorks closely with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs for the business.Partner with managers on compensation planning and retention strategies.Conducts exit interviews where appropriateRespond to human resources related inquiriesPartners with Talent Development on training or learning and development needs for the business.Perform other duties as requiredQualifications4-8 years of experience, Undergraduate degree preferredEffective verbal and written, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining attention to detailCreativity to anticipate and resolve conflicts, solve problems and/or develop alternativesProven record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary and sensitive HR information.
