GREAT PEOPLE | GREAT BENEFITS | JOIN OUR ALL-STAR TEAM!JOB SUMMARYThe HumanResources Manager is responsible for the design, support and implementation ofall (full scope) of HR activities, including but not limited to Exempt andNon-Exempt recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Housing,Employee Training and Development, Employee Recognition, Employee RecreationalActivities, Employee Relations and Personnel Records Management, compensation and benefits administration, project management and health andsafety.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManage all recruitment and retention processes to meet business needs. Establish constant communication with managers to forecast and plan for future hiring needs. Develop a strategic and sustainable plan and implement effective recruiting strategies including finding, attracting, as well as ensuring the steps taken to retain them as employees including employee engagement prior to new hire arrival and while actively employed throughout the season.Manage job openings and workflow structure in the CORE employee management system. Ensure positions are actively posted and forecasted in advance including on the third party sites like Coolworks.com.. Proactively partner with the marketing department on advertising needs across multiple sites such as social media, address geo targeting needs, ads, and attracting potential returning employees. Continue to look for new avenues to attract new applicants and communicate trends and needs for enhancements.Advise management staff regarding policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. Communicate regularly with managers. Work involves the application of professional knowledge and personal judgment to a variety of technical personnel and managerial problems and issues.Conduct employee investigations and recommend courses of action. Assist managers with employees’ behavior and performance issues to include the delivery of corrective action.Supply the first line of communications for all employee relations. Maintain and support positive employee morale. Answer questions regarding benefits, pay, and policies and procedures.Responsible for overseeing housing. Coordinate employee housing operations, including opening facilities for occupancy, asset management, room assignments and departures. Conduct regular housing inspections. Responsible for the direction and follow up of resident coordinator functions and responsibilities.Administer pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug testing program.Coordinate workers’ compensation program with the State of Washington and the insurance carrier.Recommend, develop, schedule, and present training and orientation courses as needed. Drive areas of enhancements to the existing training.Direct off-site employee recreational trips and on-site activities and other morale-boosting endeavors.Performs such other related duties as directed or required.Manage and ensure coordination & compliance with the different agencies for the J1 international program.Manage and coordinate between multiple departments including wage changes, active list, status changes, and terminations.Responsible for the oversight and the Safety program including direct oversight of the Safety officer, MSO, Night Security.Ensure compliance with all contractional obligations in areas such as housing, staffing, uniform standards and reporting.All other duties as assigned.SKILL ANDKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDEBachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years equivalent related work experience.HRIS (PeopleSoft) experience a plus.Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people; abilityTo view the full job description, click here
